To safeguard the interests and well-being of our fellow Filipinos, we would like to bring to your attention a list of forwarding companies, both foreign and local, that have been reported for incidents of abandoned balikbayan boxes and have derogatory reports against them.
It is important to exercise due diligence when selecting a forwarding company to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your balikbayan boxes.

Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio reaffirmed the Bureau of Customs' (BOC) commitment in cultivating new alliances and fostering enhanced stakeholders’ engagement for a more responsive, adaptive, and resilient customs administration during the commemoration of International Customs Day on January 29, 2024.
This collaborative effort focused on refining the PTFC Roadmap, specifically reviewing the action plan, allocating responsibilities, and finalizing a resolution for the creation of the Technical Working Group on National Time Release Study (TWG-NTRS).
